A new work currently in production inspired by Samuel Beckett's play 'Quad' based loosely around the definition of madness as “doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result” involving patiently hand making roughly 4,000 paper hand painted, hand cut 1 x1 cm squares and then placing them in a grid-like fashion onto a white background.

Since everything is done by hand, at different times of the day documenting varying levels of concentration, the lines are not all perfectly equidistant which creates a slightly unnerving effect when viewed and indeed, means that every square once positioned does effect a different result.
